'It-Torri ta' San Lucjan'
This castle is found in the next town to Birzebbuga, Marsaxlokk(fishermans village) This is the Malta Centre for Fisheries Sciences. www.mrae.gov.mt , and inside there is an interactive Exhibition of marine life in the maltese waters.

Rising up like that overlooking the coastline - one could almost imagine it is a fort.
The buoys in the water - do they hold nets which hold fish or do they serve another purpose?
