This is a Clock face, presented by the Ambassador Mr V.S.Vlasov on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation on the 7th of January 2006 to the President of Malta Mr. E. Fenech Adami.

ohh we have a similar clock in Székesfehérvár which is a city being like 60 km away from Budapest to the south-west. Very nice series!:)

Cute clock and it reminds me to my visit in south England and saw a handmade clock out of an ancient naked man figure on top of a hill,it was as green as this grass color on your photo ;o)
