Hi Dina, Thanks for your comment on my blog. I survived the Greek fires. Actually I was in the Islands (Kos, Crete and Mykonos) where there were no fires; only the island of Evia was somehow affected. I’m glad to be back and catch up your posts! It is amazing. I just watched a television program last night about the largest boat lift in the world and it showed them lifting and turning this giant wooden boat around.

If you live in the Nordic countries, you have to bring your boat ashore each autumn to prevent it from the ice. At least you don't have that problem
