I love tea from bone china as well but one must watch out for online dealers who have bad morals and may use fraudulent techniques. I have been victimized by chinalane.com who purchased my mother's Spode Chelsea Garden china after having quoted a price. When they received the china from me, they cut the price substantially by saying the china was in bad shape. When they posted the china to their site, they said the china had "light wear," however. Also, they have yet to send me the postal insurance for several broken plates. I paid for the insurance and it has been more than three months. Don't buy from chinalane.com. Use reputable dealers instead! Eva
