Dina.. just got told off by Dive because I spelt some names wrong..on my blog...I will have to use spell check more often!!
Another place I remember was in Valletta, they used to make the most wonderful milk shakes, cannot remember what they were called, there was a statue opposite the cafe...Queen Victoria I think, oh dear will have to get in the attic and get some photo's down, have forgotten so much...
Alifan, the statue of Queen Victoria is still there and so is Cafe Cordina, I will post the photos of these two places tomorrow and Friday as I happen to have them already.
Dina, Thank you for visiting my site and for your comments. I'm always happy to meet new folks. Malta is lovely, I love the architecture. One of these days I will see it in person. Travelling vicariously through DP for now!!! Actually my family did live near Belcara, Anmore Actually. That was in 1975, when we first emmigrated here. We lived in that tarailer park for a couple of weeks while we looked for a house! Why do you ask?

Really enjoying this thank you again...
Hi again Dina, just remembered the name of the cafe ...Cordina...wonder if it is still there?
An interesting piece of architecture. It looks old and yet new and modern. I suppose the inside is new and modern too. Very nice photograph.
