Pembroke
Pembroke origins date back to the Knights of St.John of Jerusalem. They built two towers along this coast. The British Service built Barracks here that where named after their patron St. George and also St. Patrick and St.Andrew, Ireland and Scotland's Patrons respectively.
The Big clock that you see on the tower was built in 1903 and is part of what is known the 'old guard room'.
I wish you all a lovely Sunday.

Snow in Malta???
Snow in Malta ??? now is that possible or not?? Of course not, however fields in Victoria, Gozo, were this morning blanketed in white after a freak hailstorm hit the sister island at around 6 a.m.
A reader told timesofmalta.com that upon looking out of the window soon after she woke up, she saw all the fields in front of her covered with hail. She told timesofmalta.com that footprints in front of her doorstep measured some 2 inches deep. Picture and information from the times of malta website.
